Receiver II

Job Description

Essential Functions

• Perform all Receiver II duties at an advanced level
• Operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Execute window picking and advanced material picking processes
• Perform dry van, soft‑side, and flatbed load securement
• Utilize R‑Buck, L‑Buck, and Ped Picking methods
• Support RFID processes and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Navigate advanced AS400 transactions to support warehouse operations
• Meet or exceed productivity standards (Average UPMH ≥ 20)
• Serve as a resource to less experienced team members
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
  
  

Equipment & Systems

• Combi forklift
• Stand‑up forklift
• Sit‑down counterbalance forklift
• AS400 navigation (transactions 1–75)
• RFID systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Advanced warehouse and receiving experience required
• Strong understanding of load securement and material flow
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated safety leadership and reliability
  
  

Certifications (Required)

• Tugger (PIV) Certification
• Combi Certification
• Stand‑Up Forklift Certification
• Sit‑Down Counterbalance Forklift Certification
• RFID Certification
