In this position you will be responsible for the following:

- Adhere to the schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Greet Customers with a smile
- Comply with all Mitchell’s Mex principles
- Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities of your shift
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- Follow all procedures related to cleanliness and food safety
- Clean and maintain your work station
- ***Greet customers with a smile as they enter the building
- ***Kindly ask if they have any questions about the menu and offer great suggestions
- ***Take customers order via Square POS and take payment while maintaining a smile
- ***Correctly Assign a number to the customer and hand them the corresponding table tracker
- ***Must properly check ID for anyone ordering alcoholic beverages
- Help where it is needed
- Complete your corresponding closing checklist.
- Wash dishes
Pay: $10.50 - $17.00 per hour
