Priorities - AS BURRITO BUILDERS, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU KNOW THE MENU, INSIDE AND OUT. CONSISTENCY IS WHAT BRINGS OUR GUESTS BACK TO MITCHELLS. PRESENTATION MATTERS.
- Adhere to the schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Greet Customers with a smile
- Comply with all Mitchell’s Mex principles
- Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities of your shift
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- Follow all procedures related to cleanliness and food safety
- Clean and maintain your work station
- *** Read KDS and warm tortillas, make salad boxes, nacho boxes necessary for orders
- *** Communicate with line members as to what has been started and needs to be made
- *** Accurately and efficiently make items using the portions and items according to recipes
- *** Work as a team by passing items down make line from hot section (1 & 2) to cold section (3 & 4) to grill / finisher
- Be aware of what pans are getting low, call out ot kitchen
- Replace Pans on line when needed
- Help where it is needed
- Complete your corresponding closing checklist.
- Wash dishes
Pay: $11.50 - $17.00 per hour
