Position Description:
In this position, you will own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche on a national scale and work with our fellow niche leaders to design strategies and unique ways to drive HIT business. Determining client targets, generating sales leads, and leading the effort to cultivate those targets into clients, would be your top responsibility. You would work closely with our talented recruiters and Recruiting Managers to identify qualified HIT candidates. Utilizing your knowledge and passion for HIT and of EHR, EMR, and Informatics, would give you the opportunity to thrive in this position as a subject matter expert in the field. Successful niche sales leaders, who are resourceful, out going, and passionate about HIT, can succeed in this position by building client pipelines and successfully establishing and maintaining relationships with their own database of hiring managers. Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University
Experience Required: 3-5 years of business development or recruiting experience specializing in HIT, EMR, and Informatics in a staffing or healthcare environment. Knowledge and/or experience with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, are nice to have but not mandatory.
Skills/Abilities: Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.), superior communication and negotiation skills, team-player attitude, ability to maintain focus and multi-task, positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills.
