Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for life insurance projects, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and QA teams.
- Drive test strategy planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk management.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are adhered to across all testing phases.
- Lead creation and review of test plans, scenarios, cases, and data requirements.
- Conduct defect triage meetings and monitor defect resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
- Experience with manual and automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Python.
- Familiarity with integration into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
