Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Lead requirement gathering and verify development meets stakeholder requirements.
Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for defined capabilities.
Bridge business and technical teams to assess requests and drive execution.
Balance strategic problem-solving with hands-on product delivery.
Work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Based in Madison, WI with onsite presence three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Translate user and business needs into requirements.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure understanding by the delivery team.
Track product performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Maintain product roadmap and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize demands.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of relevant professional experience.
Certification in relevant billing or agile methodologies.
Experience with revenue cycle stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver services.
