Job Summary
- Join our team in Statesville, NC as a Contract Credit Analyst.
- This onsite role involves managing customer credit risk and supporting accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to evaluate credit and protect cash flow.
- Utilize a generic enterprise resource planning system to support accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
- Manage customer credit risk and support accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with sales and finance to evaluate credit and release orders.
- Analyze payment behavior and identify issues for resolution.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve balances.
- Utilize a generic enterprise resource planning system for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
- Act as a key contact for credit and accounts receivable-related questions.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
- Approve, modify, or close accounts based on risk analysis.
- Review and release orders on credit hold.
- Monitor customer exposure and enforce credit policies.
- Manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio with a focus on early-stage collections.
- 3 years of experience in credit, accounts receivable, or B2B collections.
- Hands-on experience with a generic enterprise resource planning system, particularly in accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payment behavior and risk.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales and finance teams.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
