Your Impact
The District Credit Manager position is responsible for execution of Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products across the assigned Districts in each region. The primary purpose of this role is to grow retail sales through Lowe's Credit products while achieving performance targets for credit applications, credit sales, and credit penetration. In this role, the District Credit Manager will build and maintain relationships from front line store associates up to and including District Managers and the corresponding district teams and partners. Customer interaction is a critical component of this role.
What You Will Do
- Work with district leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve credit performance targets and communicate results.
- Model effective credit-selling behaviors and provides hands-on coaching and training to build associate confidence in offering Lowe’s Credit during every sales transaction.
- Host weekly calls and participates in stores walks to ensure locations are prepared to execute promotional activities and new credit initiatives.
- Collect and communicate credit market intelligence to support business decision making.
- Analyze local and territory performance trends using company reporting and ad-hoc analyses to identify credit opportunities and emerging risks as well as recognize performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other district and regional field leaders and business partners within assigned territory, resolving credit issues as necessary.
- Partner with lending providers to assess business risk, protect Lowe’s reputation, customers, and assets, and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Escalates, manages, and reports control issues with transparency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7 Years experience in retail operations/ sales/ credit
- 5 years combined experience in retail sales or credit in lieu of degree and experience requires in sales / credit

Salary : $86,000 - $143,600
