Office Assistant
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm | Hours are flexible
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
What You Will Be doing:
- Answering in coming calls - first point of contact for customers and homeowners calling in for service
- Supporting out field technicians with information they require
- Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls
- Coordinate and schedule annual and routine maintenance visits
- Follow-up with customers about parts and scheduling
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
- Log warranties and rebates
- Using Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications

What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of experience as an office assistant, or schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working in the service industry desired
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $20 - $24
