HVAC Technician - Residential Service | $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience Spiffs
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | available overtime
$8,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates
Job Duties:
- Diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Annual and routine maintenance
- Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs, upgrades, and replacements

Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles
- Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
- Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment
- Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
