Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, overtime as needed

Position Overview

• Learning installation processes and procedures
• Following directions and being able to work as a team and independently
• Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems
• Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories
• Complete startup of newly installed equipment
• Customer Service
• Continual company-paid Trane dealer training and NATE Certification
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience or a combination of education and experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certifications or obtain once employed
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
• High School Diploma or GED
• NATE Core and Specialty Certifications desired
