HVAC Installer / Experienced
Lead Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience
Experienced Installer / Non Lead Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | overtime as needed
Position Overview:
- Residential and light commercial Retrofit / Changeout installations
- Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories
- Brazing and soldering
- Complete startup of newly installed equipment
- Customer Service
- Insuring jobs are completed on-time
- Leads - overseeing and mentoring a helper
- Company-paid dealer training, NATE certifications, and access to industry-leading LMS courses

Qualifications:
- Lead Install applicants: Will have a minimum of 1 years lead experience, and 4 years of retrofit residential HVAC installation
- Non Lead applicants: Will have 2 years of residential install experience EPA Universal
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- NATE Certifications or ability to obtain once employed - we train
- Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
- High school diploma or GED
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $28 - $42
