Counter Hospitality Professional | Mister V’s Pizza Bar

Mister V’s Pizza Bar is not a typical pizzeria.

We are building an elevated, hospitality-driven pizza bar experience where every guest feels welcomed, taken care of, and excited to come back.

We’re looking for a superstar at the front counter - someone who brings energy, presence, and professionalism every shift.

This is a guest-facing leadership role, not just a cashier position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet every guest immediately with confidence and warmth
• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
• Take orders in person and over the phone with speed and accuracy
• Control the flow of the front counter during busy periods
• Ensure every takeout order is 100% complete and presented perfectly
• Keep the front area clean, stocked, and sharp at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen to deliver a smooth experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High energy and strong presence - you command the room
• Naturally friendly, but also focused and professional under pressure
• Clear communicator (in person and on the phone)
• Takes pride in details - nothing leaves the counter incomplete
• Moves with urgency and purpose
• Team player who holds high standards

Bonus if you have:

• Pizzeria or fast-casual experience
• Experience handling high-volume service
• Strong upselling ability
