We’re hiring for our pizza counter and looking for someone experienced, dependable, and serious about their work.
This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in consistency, understands the pace of a real service environment, and is looking for a stable, long-term position with room to grow as our company continues to expand, not a short-term stop or a summer job.
You’ll be working the front line of service. That means taking orders, serving slices, handling customers, and keeping things moving while following systems exactly.
We are looking for someone who shows up ready, stays focused, and treats this like a profession.
Requirements
- NYC Food Protection Certificate (MANDATORY)
- 3 years experience required working a food or pizza counter
- Proven ability to handle high-volume service with consistency
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to follow systems, standards, and procedures exactly
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Looking for a long-term role with growth, not a temporary position
Responsibilities
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Serve pizza and menu items according to standards
- Maintain full knowledge of menu and modifiers
- Handle payments using POS systems
- Keep counter clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements
- Deliver a smooth, efficient customer experience every time
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour tips (starting rate based on experience, case by case)
