Instruct cadets and program participants in swimming techniques, stroke development, endurance, and water safety skills.
- Supervise all activities in the pool area to ensure safety rules are followed at all times.

Perform constant surveillance of participants to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies.

Conduct swim tests and skill assessments to evaluate student ability and progress.

Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for each participant.

Prepare and maintain the pool environment, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and safe operation of equipment.

Enforce all pool rules and Academy expectations with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.

Communicate effectively with cadets, coaches, and staff regarding performance, progress, and areas for improvement.

Support special events, swim meets, or aquatic training sessions as needed.

Assist with maintaining inventory of equipment and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the Aquatics Director.
