Plan, organize, and conduct regular practices for swimming and diving athletes, focusing on technique, conditioning, and performance improvement.

Teach proper stroke mechanics, starts, turns, diving fundamentals, and competition strategies.

Establish expectations that promote discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.

Supervise all activities in and around the pool and diving areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times.

Prepare athletes for competitions, including meet entries, line-ups, warm-ups, and event strategies.

Communicate effectively with athletes about goals, progress, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the Athletic Director to ensure facility readiness, lane access, equipment availability, and scheduling needs.
