JOB OVERVIEW
Be part of an exciting new chapter at the Missouri Athletic Club with the opening of MAC Clayton, the Club's newest location, bringing more than 120 years of tradition into a modern and elevated member experience. Opening in early 2026, MAC Clayton will offer refined dining, exceptional amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness, athletics, and connection.
We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven Breakfast/Lunch Servers (Full-Time) to help establish a best-in-class daytime dining experience for our members.
Responsibilities
· Provide warm, polished, and efficient service while building relationships with members.
· Maintain strong menu knowledge and confidently describe daily features and beverage offerings.
· Execute service sequences with accuracy, pacing, and attention to detail.
· Communicate effectively with Culinary and Support teams to ensure consistent execution.
· Maintain clean, organized stations and complete side work to club standards.
· Handle member requests with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-focused hospitality.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in upscale dining, hotels, or private clubs preferred.
· Strong communication skills and confidence at the table.
· Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and commitment to consistent service standards.
· Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-expectation environment.
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive hourly pay plus commission. Anticipated compensation: $22-25/hr

Schedule Expectations
This is a hospitality-driven environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Breakfast and lunch hours of operation are Monday – Friday. All staff are expected to work select holidays. Closed on Sundays for regular a la carte service.
