We are a seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the pristine standards of the MAC Clayton Clubhouse.
Houseperson Responsibilities:
· Perform daily cleaning of all public and staff areas, including dining rooms, lounges, restrooms, hallways, fitness areas, locker rooms, and meeting spaces.
· Execute cleaning tasks with precision-dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, glass cleaning, floor care, and waste removal.
· Ensure all areas are consistently organized, refreshed, and ready for members throughout the day.
· Restock supplies such as paper goods, soaps, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
· Clean and reset event spaces and dining areas before and after service and special functions.
· Communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Operations team regarding maintenance needs, supply levels, or urgent cleaning requests.
· Follow safety procedures, including proper use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective practices.
· Uphold MAC Clayton's elevated standards of professionalism, consistency, and presentation.
Houseperson Qualifications:
· 1 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; hotel, resort, or private club experience ideal.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
· Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a small team.
· Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing carts, and extended periods of movement.
· Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable work ethic.
· Professional appearance and a commitment to supporting an elevated member experience.
