We welcome you to join our family! We are seeking a Part Time Personal Trainer to join the Downtown fitness team. This Personal Trainer must be passionate about the fitness industry and driven to keep up with the latest fitness trends.
Personal Trainer Responsibilities:
Provides one-on-one and small group fitness instruction to members desiring a program tailored to their specific needs.
Develops programs and selects exercises that provide the optimum results and includes activities the client enjoys.
Provides equipment usage instructions, makes necessary adjustments and answers questions about proper techniques and fitness.
Personal Trainer Qualifications:
Certification from a recognized and accredited program such as that offered by the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), or the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Physical ability to demonstrate the movements and exercises recommended.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
