What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clubhouse Manager position at Missoula PaddleHeads?
- Responsible for management of the clubhouse with respect to the following –
- cleaning of home and visiting clubhouse – locker room area, shower area, coach/manager’s offices, training area, etc.,
- Handle all home and visiting team laundry needs
- Supervise loaning, inventory, and use of BSPB equipment & uniforms. This includes tracking who has what and ensuring it is all returned at the end of the season, and the daily upkeep and repair of when needed.
- Prepare pre-game spread & post-game meals for PaddleHeads players, coaches, umpires
- BSPB will arrange Post Game Meals and pay its cost. Canaan will arrange for pre-game spread and snacks and cost out of dues paid.
- Responsible for some shopping of certain amenities as needed and negotiated with players and coaches.
- Ensure pass lists are provided to box office on game days in a timely manner from home and visiting teams as well as umpires.
- Handle mail requests & mail distribution for players & coaches

· Oversee any uniform repairs
· Assist in coordination of any and all aspects of team travel
· Arrive at clubhouse prior to players & coaches on game days

· Maintain umpire clubhouse and attend to umpire needs on game days

· Coordinate batting practice equipment with coaches

Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities:
· Oversee Stadium and Clubhouse Operations Intern for assisting in Clubhouse Operations
· Track and maintain inventory of supplies & equipment
· Manage scheduling of and assign responsibilities to bat boys
· Supervise loaning of equipment & uniforms, tracking who has what and ensuring it is all returned at the end of the season
