Plant Administrative Coordinator
#### **Location: Shannon**
#### **What are your main tasks?**
- Coordinate day-to-day plant administrative activities, including scheduling, documentation, and general plant support.
- Create Supplier Relationship Management entries (SRMs) in SAP.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up of invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Monitor and drive closure of open Purchase Orders (POs) with plant users.
- Support inventory control, including tracking and reconciliation in SAP.
- Assist with plant communications, reporting, and projects.
- Perform administrative responsibilities at the plant level in accordance with established procedures, company policies, and internal controls.
- Provide administrative support to leadership across all departments, including operations, procurement, finance, and human resources.
- Support interview/ onboarding coordination, and plant employee engagement activities.
- Identify and support improvements to administrative processes within the plant.
Hard Skills
- SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., invoicing, accruals) is a plus, but not required
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
