Hours 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Wage Range $70,000 - $100,000 per year

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all documentation related to quality processes is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO 9001.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations affecting quality control.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including QA/QC principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and standards is essential and highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
