Quality Control Manager

This position is for a Quality Control Manager with a company in Clarksdale, MS.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring that all operations meet regulatory requirements.

**Duties**

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all documentation related to quality processes is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO 9001.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations affecting quality control.
  
  

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including QA/QC principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and standards is essential and highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
