What we are looking for:

Grammer is looking for a Plant Administrative Coordinator to join our location in Shannon, MS. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our team and Grammer as a whole!


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day plant administrative activities, including scheduling, documentation, and general plant support.
  • Create Supplier Relationship Management entries (SRMs) in SAP.
  • Ensure timely processing and follow-up of invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Monitor and drive closure of open Purchase Orders (POs) with plant users.
  • Support inventory control, including tracking and reconciliation in SAP.
  • Assist with plant communications, reporting, and projects.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities at the plant level in accordance with established procedures, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership across all departments, including operations, procurement, finance, and human resources.
  • Support interview/ onboarding coordination, and plant employee engagement activities.
  • Identify and support improvements to administrative processes within the plant.


What you will bring along:

  • SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., invoicing, accruals) is a plus, but not required
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
