Job Title: Software Engineer

Overview:

Join a dynamic team as a Software Engineer dedicated to advancing identity management systems and automation. In this critical role, you will contribute to the development and support of the RSA Identity Lifecycle and Governance platform, integrating with various systems such as AD, LDAP, and Azure to streamline identity workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment, supporting organizational security and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Solid foundation in software engineering principles with experience in identity system development
• Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, SQL, and PowerShell
• Logical thinking with strong development skills, focused on project work and workflow design
• Ability to work onsite two days a week (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday, 7am–4pm schedule)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Java development experience
• Familiarity with other identity and access management tools
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery
• Experience with database schema design and normalization
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of professional software development experience, especially in identity or workflow automation projects
