Required Skills:
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles with experience in identity system development
- Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, SQL, and PowerShell
- Logical thinking with strong development skills, focused on project work and workflow design
- Ability to work onsite two days a week (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday, 7am–4pm schedule)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Java development experience
- Familiarity with other identity and access management tools
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery
- Experience with database schema design and normalization
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of professional software development experience, especially in identity or workflow automation projects
