Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field; MBA a plus
- 5 years of technical experience in retail EAS and/or RFID
- Strong industry knowledge of hardware products and market trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and market analysis
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience in product management for hardware solutions in a leadership role
- Knowledge of manufacturing, quality assurance, and patent supervision
- Experience with cost reduction initiatives and factory liaison activities
- Familiarity with R&D processes and business case development
- Ability to support technical documentation, customer support, and marketing strategies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline; an MBA is advantageous
- Over 5 years of relevant technical and product management experience, preferably in retail EAS and RFID technologies
