Join a dynamic team as a Digital Testing Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting and expanding our experimentation program across digital properties. This junior-level position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams, translating test ideas into actionable requirements, ensuring smooth experiment launches, and tracking performance. If you are highly organized, attentive to detail, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital testing and analytics, this role is perfect for you. You'll contribute to improving patient experiences and business outcomes through effective experimentation processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, product, analytics, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- High attention to detail and thorough QA capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Quick learner with a passion for digital experimentation and analytics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely)
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
- Exposure to CMS platforms like Contentful Studio
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years in digital marketing, analytics, or a related role
