Overview

Join our dynamic engineering team as an Azure DevOps Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in strengthening our cloud infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and driving operational excellence. In this hybrid position based in Philadelphia, you will leverage your expertise in cloud platforms and automation to streamline deployments, improve resilience, and support the continuous delivery of high-quality software. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills—initially focusing on DevOps and infrastructure, with the potential to contribute to application development and platform enhancements over time.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in a DevOps or platform engineering capacity
• 4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related fields
• Strong expertise in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Deep understanding of modern deployment and release practices
• Security-focused approach to handling sensitive data
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, improving platform reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative small engineering team
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Contributions to backend or full-stack application development (e.g., C#, React)
• Background in financial services or fintech platforms
• Experience with data pipelines, machine learning systems, or external SaaS integrations
• Familiarity with supporting systems that interface with third-party APIs or providers
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• 4 years of professional experience working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
