Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle for assigned service lines and functions, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Directly manage, coach, and develop talent acquisition and onboarding team members, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and workload prioritization.
- Partner with the HR team on workforce plans and business objectives into recruiting strategies and hiring forecasts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, consulting on staffing needs, job requirements, market conditions, compensation alignment, and competitive talent strategies.
- Oversee requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding coordination, stepping in to recruit directly as needed for high-priority or complex roles.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience by setting standards, monitoring communication cadence, and resolving escalated candidate or manager concerns.
- Implement and reinforce recruiting best practices, including structured interviewing, diversity sourcing strategies, and equitable hiring processes.
- Analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Compensation to ensure competitive and compliant offer practices aligned with local markets and internal equity.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and external partners (agencies, schools, community organizations) to support hiring goals and strengthen employer branding.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience, 8 as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a similar role, managing a team of recruiters and driving recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse roles and levels within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into talent acquisition initiatives and strategies.
