Team Overview
The Asset Management team is responsible for the ongoing valuation, monitoring, and performance analysis of portfolio investments. The team works closely with investment professionals and supports key infrastructure functions across the firm, including accounting, compliance, investor relations, business development, and portfolio analytics.

Responsibilities
- Onboard newly originated investments in partnership with underwriting and investment teams
- Perform monthly valuations for illiquid securities and periodically present analyses to an internal valuation committee
- Conduct independent valuation analyses incorporating financial statements, transaction structures, market data, and relevant investment considerations
- Build and maintain financial models to monitor issuer performance
- Assist in preparing quarterly portfolio review materials and occasionally present findings to portfolio managers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including investment teams, accounting, compliance, investor relations, business development, technology, and portfolio analytics
- Interface with external parties such as third-party valuation firms and auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, financial consulting, public accounting, valuation advisory, or a credit rating agency
- Understanding of debt instruments
- Experience with debt or equity valuation, three-statement financial modeling, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Capital IQ and/or FactSet is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding environment
- Demonstrated interest in investing and fundamental company analysis
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
