Our client, a leading investment firm based in New York, NY, is seeking an experienced Recruiter for an 8 month leave coverage assignment. This individual will support full cycle recruiting efforts across accounting, finance, operations, and investment teams and will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership throughout the hiring process.
The role is hybrid onsite in New York City and requires prior in-house recruiting experience within financial services, ideally directly at a hedge fund, private equity firm, venture capital firm, or asset manager. Experience using Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
Responsibilities include
Manage full-cycle recruiting across accounting, finance, operations, and investment-related roles
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and interview processes
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the interview process
Manage offer processes, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
Maintain and track candidate activity through Greenhouse ATS
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Provide market insight and recruiting updates to leadership teams
Assist with recruiting operations and process improvements as needed
Requirements:
3–15 years of recruiting experience within financial services
Prior in-house recruiting experience required, ideally directly at a hedge fund, private equity firm, venture capital firm, or asset management firm
Experience supporting hiring across accounting, finance, operations, and investment teams
Hands on experience with Greenhouse ATS required
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary : $45 - $50
