What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLO Operations Analyst position at Mission Staffing?
Our client is seeking an experienced CLO Operations professional to support settlement and operational functions across their structured credit platform. This is a hands on role for someone with strong CLO experience, ideally coming from a buy side or sell side firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of CLO Operations experience and be comfortable working across settlements, indentures, and core structured credit workflows in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support CLO operations including trade settlements and post trade processing
- Work with CLO indentures and related documentation
- Reconcile trades, positions, and cash movements across CLO vehicles
- Partner with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve breaks and discrepancies
- Support investor reporting and operational data accuracy as needed
- Assist with ad hoc operational and project based work
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands on CLO Operations experience
- Strong settlements and reconciliation experience
- Familiarity with CLO structures, indentures, and structured credit platforms
- Buy side or sell side background
- Detail oriented, execution focused, and comfortable in a fast paced role
Salary : $30 - $35
