Our client, a leading Asset Management firm based in NYC, is seeking to add a Client Billing Associate to their team. This individual should have 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for supporting client billing operations, including processing account requests, applying payments, monitoring receivables, and assisting with quarterly fee billing. The role also includes reconciling accounts, preparing reports, distributing invoices, and supporting ad-hoc projects and system testing initiatives. Candidates must come with prior financial services experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Process client account requests such as new setups, closures, and ongoing maintenance.
- Apply payments, monitor receivables, and assist with quarterly investment advisory billing.
- Support reconciliations, reporting, and distribution of client invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of billing or finance-related experience within asset management
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams
