Azteca Milling LP, which is responsible for producing MASECA, is a subsidiary of Gruma Corporation. With more than 60 years of experience, Gruma is the largest producer of corn masa flour in the world. Azteca Milling L.P. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Corporate Headquarters located in Irving, TX.
Associate degree or minimum 2 years of college. Three (3) years of experience in a similar position. * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Receive, review, and handle customer orders.
- Assist customers and sales managers, as necessary.
- Communicate any order changes to Sales and Logistics
- Perform various secretarial-type duties for the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of SAP and good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to perform, basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Good communications skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
