Responsibilities
• Oversee ordering and inventory management
• Maintain prep systems and kitchen organization
• Monitor cost awareness and operational flow
• Support and guide a team of 5 to 10 cooks
• Protect standards during service
Qualifications
• 2 years of kitchen leadership experience
• Fine dining or high-standard kitchen background preferred
• Experience with ordering, purveyors, and inventory systems
• Calm, professional presence during service
• Ability to work 45–50 hours per week with a 1:00 PM start
• Food safety knowledge
• English required
