The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in driving MirrorWeb's continued growth.
Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll identify new business opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers and introduce prospective customers to MirrorWeb's market-leading compliance platform.
You'll receive comprehensive onboarding and structured coaching, giving you all the tools needed to build a successful career in technology sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging prospective customers
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and video outreach
- Qualifying opportunities for the wider sales team
- Booking product demonstrations
- Managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Working towards activity and pipeline targets while continuously developing your sales skills
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (or graduating soon)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in technology and the SaaS industry
- Able to commute to MirrorWeb's Downtown Austin office
