Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Investigate discrepancies and develop procedures to eliminate them
- Print, verify accuracy and distribute daily revenue reports
- Audit all point-of-sale systems daily for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in fast paced month end process
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Accounts Payable Processing and understanding of month end accruals
- Support cross training within the department
Qualifications
- Extremely detailed, organized, and accurate
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple systems
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and interact well with departmental managers, guests and other associates
- High School graduate or general education degree (GED)
- College level accounting classes is preferred
- Accounting degree a plus
- Hospitality experience a plus
