Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant based in Austin, TX. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing client bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll. Additional responsibilities include preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting clients with audits and business incorporations. The role requires collaboration with the team to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Tax Preparation, Tax Filing, and Tax Compliance
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing and related regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and Tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Understanding of Texas and federal tax laws
• Strong communication and client service skills (bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus)
