The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing food and beverages to players on the golf course in addition to various requests from the Clubhouse that golfers may need during their round of golf.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate and drive a beverage cart safely throughout the golf course or designated service areas
• Sell and serve beverages and snacks to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and local regulations
• Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
• Stock, restock, and organize beverage cart inventory, including drinks, snacks, ice, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage cart at all times
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and accurately complete sales reports and receipts
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or supply needs
• Promote beverage specials and upsell products to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest requests or concerns
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper operation of the cart and awareness of surroundings
• Communicate effectively with clubhouse staff and management
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, dress code, and attendance requirements
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Weekends and Holidays availability required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
