Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Support Nursing Team: Lead and guide a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants in providing high-quality patient care.
• Development and Implementation of Care Plans: Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Mentor and Coach Nursing Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
• Quality Assurance and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Maintain Accurate and Detailed Records: Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained, including patient assessments, care plans, and progress reports.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 Years of Experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• Passionate and Experienced Leader: Experience as a registered nurse and a proven track record of leading and mentoring others.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
