Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, therapies, and adaptations to promote independence and functional abilities
- Collaborate with other members of the care team, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of dedicated professionals

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Current OT licensure in the state of Florida
