Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services provided to our residents
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
