Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and mobility
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Report any changes or concerns to the nurse in charge
- Currently certified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
- Work varied shifts
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
