Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under direction of the Health Care Clinic Manager, applies medical knowledge and skills as a physician for an assigned number of individuals residing at JDC; performs general medical examinations; provides diagnostic and treatment services; provides medical advice and consultation to other staff about peoples strengths, needs and programs and provides in-service training to other staff. Serves as an intermediary and advocate for individuals during community-based consultations, treatments and patient care.
Minimum Requirements
Requires license to practice medicine in the State of Illinois with knowledge and ability to work with people who are developmentally disabled.
