Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, architecture, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Copilot Studio, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise integrations, along with a proven track record of leading complex enterprise implementations. This role will work closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA, vendors, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and AI-enabled business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, design, development, and deployment for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure initiatives.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable architecture, technical designs, and implementation strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Microsoft Copilot Studio, including custom Copilots, AI agents, conversational applications, and intelligent customer-service solutions.
• Apply Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge grounding, and AI evaluation practices to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, enterprise applications, and knowledge repositories.
• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development, including forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, navigation, web resources, ribbon customizations, and application solutions.
• Develop and oversee C#/.NET plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, XRM solutions, OData integrations, Web APIs, REST APIs, and Custom APIs.
• Guide development of Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and portal solutions.
• Establish engineering standards for security, performance, scalability, code quality, testing, documentation, reusability, and supportability.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design reviews, code reviews, estimation, testing strategy, release readiness, and production support.
• Drive Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, branching strategies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, security requirements, and platform limitations.
• Mentor developers and technical team members while promoting engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with architects, PDO teams, QA, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities and recommend solutions that improve business value, reliability, automation, and user experience.

Required Skills:

• 15 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including architecture, customization, development, integration, and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong development experience with C# / .NET.
• Strong development experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure integration services.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Plug-ins, XRM, OData, Web APIs, REST APIs, and Custom APIs.
• Strong enterprise integration and connectivity experience.
• Experience with Git / GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge grounding, and AI agents.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services is preferred.
• Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s Degree required.

AI & Copilot Expertise:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Implement RAG, knowledge grounding, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Design secure and scalable enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Apply responsible AI, security, privacy, data governance, and compliance principles.
• Evaluate AI solution performance, accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services for enterprise AI use cases.
