- Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions
- Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Platform
- C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Dynamics 365 Plug-ins, XRM Framework, Custom APIs
- REST / Web APIs, OData, Azure Functions & Logic Apps
- Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services
- LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, grounding & AI agent design
- Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD & ALM
- Enterprise integrations and CRM solutions
- Technical leadership, architecture & Agile delivery
🎯 Preferred:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel
- Enterprise conversational AI / virtual assistants
