Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide quality, hands-on care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle, as travel between client homes is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, and grooming)
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in the client's condition
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle (required)
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid identification and work authorization
- TB test and other onboarding requirements (or willingness to complete)
