What You'll Do 

Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, support caregivers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 

• Maintain 25 billable hours per week 

• Conduct FBAs 

• Develop and oversee treatment plans 

• Supervise and mentor RBTs 

• Provide caregiver training 

• Ensure documentation and compliance 

• Current BCBA certification 

• Master's degree in related field 

• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility 

• Strong communication and leadership skills
