The Clinic Director of ABA provides senior clinical leadership for all ABA therapy services at Mirabelle Care. This role sets clinical standards, ensures quality and compliance, oversees ABA supervision, and represents the ABA service line in organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts(BCBAs), RBTs, and other therapy staff.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA for clients across the lifespan.
- Conduct assessments, data analysis, and ongoing progress monitoring to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations, and relevant guidelines in the field of ABA therapy.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
- Contribute to the clinic's growth and business development initiatives through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications
✅ Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
✅ Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), LCSW, LMFT or LPC
✅ Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience, including experience overseeing treatment programs and clinical outcomes
✅ Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop clinical teams
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
✅ Proficiency in data collection, analysis
✅ Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis
✅ Successful completion of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings
