The base salary range for this role is $99,700 - $166,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

- Manage multiple, concurrent security projects, coordinating resources across different project teams.
- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators, ensuring consistent project execution across the program.
- Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and executive management, communicating program updates and progress.
- Evaluate and improve program processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within security or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex program environments.
