Minuteman Press Osseo is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bindery & Production Specialist to join our growing print production team. This hands-on position is responsible for operating bindery equipment, performing finishing work, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure customer projects are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Operate bindery and finishing equipment including cutters, folders, laminators, booklets makers, drills, and other finishing machinery
- Perform trimming, folding, collating, binding, laminating, padding, and packaging of printed materials
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process
- Verify completed jobs meet customer specifications and company standards
- Prepare jobs for shipping, delivery, and customer pickup
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production area
- Assist with digital print production and workflow as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding job schedules and production priorities
- Help identify and resolve production issues before final delivery
Qualifications
- Previous bindery, print production, manufacturing, or finishing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills helpful
